Ayo Ayoola-Amale, JD leads the Proclamation Circle for Founding Mothers Movement. She is the Lead Consultant at First Conflict Resolution Services Inc, a conflict resolution and management consulting firm dedicated to conflict prevention and transformative peacebuilding. She is a feminist peace activist, social entrepreneur, and creative visionary for structural change and constructive social transformation who takes meaningful action on causes that matter as the catalyst of a greater purpose. Her deep legal knowledge, integration of human rights, non-violence and restorative practices to gender issues, and women's empowerment within peace processes are often infused in art forms and in developing new thinking around economic and progressive social change issues for sustainable development.

Ayo is the Founder of the Ghana branch of Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, and the International Cities of Peace initiatives in Nigeria. Ayo also serves in the Peace Room of the Founding Mothers Movement.
