Karuna

Karuna (Caroline Ashley) co-founded Light on Light Publications and Media, hosts Light on Light’s Convergence series on VoiceAmerica, and represents Light on Light at the Illuminate Film Festival. She is the author of Light on Kundalini and its companion yoga, health and wellness manual. She edits Light on Light’s e-magazine, including the U.N. International Day of Yoga issue. She is an ordained wisdom keeper in Vedic and Native American traditions, and offers individual and group sessions on rebirthings, relationships, women’s issues, grief, and non-violence. She teaches at the Aquarian Trainer Academy in conjunction with the Kundalini Research Institute, and offers various healing modalities, including Ayurvedic diet. As Ford model Carrie Pagano, she was classically trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in England and a SAG-AFTRA union member since 1983. Based in Boulder, CO, Karuna brings devotion, compassion, and discipline to the Kundalini Yoga experience. She also serves in the Peace Room of the Founding Mothers Movement.
